Tae Kwon Do

On June 14, 2008, Josh Wood took the first 1/2 of his black belt test at Grandmaster In Hui Won's U.S. Central Taekwondo Association. During the testing Josh had to complete all his Taeguek and Palgwe Poomse (forms). In addition he had to complete in order all self defense and one step sparring moves. Everyone testing for black belt had to compete in bag drills to see how many double round house kicks they could do in just one minute....Josh finished first against all others, ranging in ages from 9 to 18 years old, with 144 kicks. He also sparred one on one and multiples against one as well as jump and combination kicks. Great Job, Josh.
