Victory Athletics Staff
Allyson Reneau is the Executive Director of Victory Athletics. At Victory she coaches the Men's & Women's Teams and the Junior All Star Cheer Squad. Additionally, Allyson serves as the Executive Director of Victory Academy, a private Christian school, accredited by the State of Oklahoma, that offers both traditional coursework for K-12th Grade, and a specialized academic track for competitive athletes. Allyson was a 13-time World Champion Baton Twirler and the Feature Twirler for the University of Oklahoma. Allyson is a Professional Member of USA Gymnastics, Safety Certified, and a USAG Certified Women's Gymnastics Judge. She has been married 29 years to her husband Dale, and believes her greatest accomplishment is that she is the mother of eleven children ages 5 to 28 years old.
Doug has been coaching gymnastics for more than 25 years. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Doug was a member of the Southern Illinois University Men’s Gymnastics Team, and went on to become the director of several gymnastics programs in the Chicago area. During his coaching career, he has produced over 100 State Champions, and over 25 National Champions. In 2004-2005, Doug served as the Boys State Director for Oklahoma. One of his athletes was a National Team member. Doug is a member of the United States Elite Coaches Association, and a Professional Member of USA Gymnastics. He is Safety Certified and is a USAG Certified Boys Gymnastics Judge.

Sarah Hale - Sarah has been a gymnastics coach for 12 years and a Team coach of the boys & girls compulsory gymnastics program at Victory for the past 6 years. Sarah is a graduate of UCO with a B.S. in Chemistry. Sarah is a 5 time Oklahoma State AA and USAIGC National gymnastics champion. Sarah has coached over 100 State, 50 State AA & 10 Regional AA gymnastic champions. Sarah is also a certified USAG Girls Complusory Gymastics Judge.
Martial Arts
Gin Pak - Gin began Taekwondo when he was 5 years old and has been teaching kids and adults for the past 5 years. Gin is the Taekwondo instructor for Victory Athletics.
Gin is a Certified 2nd Dan in the U.S. Central Taekwondo Association, Certified 2nd Dan in the World Taekwondo Headquarters, Kukkiwon (Seoul, Korea), Certified 3rd Dan in the World Taekwondo Han Moo Kwan (Tested in Korea) and is also a Certified Referee. Gin has earned many State and National Championships Awards/Medals and actively trains Taekwondo proomsae.
